Design West Architects, based in Pullman, is run by Ned Warnick who led the team in creating our WSU Sigma Chi Centennial Chapter House. The construction is overseen by Brother Brian Phair, CEO of PCS Structural Solutions and member of the Executive Committee. Thank you, Brian, for saving us hundreds of thousands of dollars.
